職責
  • To organise and implement language programmes, youth programmes, integration programmes and other programmes/services of the Centre including drop-in service and outreaching service etc..
  • To assist in networking and stakeholders to promote CHEER’s services.
  • To assist in managing administrative duties of the Centre.
  • To update statistics and records of the services rendered, and assist in preparing reports to the funding body.
要求
  • Holders of Diploma or Associate Degree, relevant work experience in ethnic minority service/social services of at least 1 year.
  • Holders of completed HKDSE or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant work experience in ethnic minority service/social services.
  • Relevant work experience in running programmes.
  • For holders of Diploma or above, relevant work experience in ethnic minority service/social services of at least 1 year.
  • For holders of completed HKDSE or equivalent, with at least 2 years relevant work experience in ethnic minority service/social services.
  • Able to read, listen, speak and write fluent English. 
  • Programme Officer responsible for organizing language course is required to speak, listen, read, and write fluent Chinese.
  • Able to speak and listen Cantonese is preferred.
  • Able to speak at least 1 ethnic minority language is preferred.
  • Able to work with and serve persons with multicultural background.
  • Mature and able to work independently.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Good computer knowledge and skills.
  • Employee should have not been convicted of any sexual offences, in Hong Kong or elsewhere, as specified in the Sexual Conviction Record Check Scheme.
